New President

We are glad to inform all devotees and well wishers that Swami Jnanadanandaji Maharaj has been appointed as the President of the Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad. He succeeds Swami Paramarthanandaji Maharaj.

Swami Jnanadananda joined the Ramakrishna Math at Mylapore, Chennai in 1972 and was initiated into Sanyasa in 1982. He held the charge of the press, printing the publications of the Ramakrishna Math, Chennai from 1982 to 1991. He was also the Editor of the Telugu monthly "Ramakrishna Prabha' for a period of 5 years. He served as the Manager of the Ramakrishna Math, Chennai from 1991 to 2006
