EDUCATION FOR EXCELLENCE

(Value Orientation Work-shops for Intermediate students)

Our youth are the only hope for our great and glorious Motherland - India.   Swami Vivekananda had great hope in our youth. He said, “My faith is in the younger generation, the modern generation, out of them will come my workers.  They will work out the whole problem, like lions.  I have formulated the idea and have given my life to it. …. They will spread from centre to centre, until we have covered the whole of India.”

        Now, it is our responsibility to take this message to youth.  This is a great Yajna that needs the co-operation of one and all to make our youth enlightened and noble minded citizens and to take India to the peak of glory and prosperity.

        Many times the minds of the students go astray only when their minds are not strengthened with positive and character building ideas during their adolescence, which is the turning point in the lives of the youth.  In the absence of such values and due to immature mind and lack of proper guidance, they succumb to all sorts of temptations.  Today, they are thoroughly exposed to negative influences through
electronic media and cheap literature that are causing unrest in their minds, making them the victims of all sorts of bad habits.

        In order to check this trend and to help them youth, Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence - training wing of Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad - has taken up an ambitious project – EDUCATION FOR EXCELLENCE for Intermediate students. Now, it is our responsibility to take Swami Vivekananda’s inspiring message to the youth.  This is a great Yagna that needs the co-operation of one and all to make our youth enlightened and noble minded citizens and to take India to the peak of glory and prosperity.

        Under this project, our Institute will organize regular Value Orientation Work-shops for Intermediate students of different colleges on every Friday from 9-00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., at the Institute or college campus, in which the Swamijis and eminent speakers would address the students and interact with them on the concepts. WE request you to extend your full co-operation for arranging work-shops, conventions and seminars for students and teachers either in your premises or in our Institute.
