New - Spoken English

Spoken English Course Admission Details.

  

 NEXT SESSION

The next session Classes will commence on: 2nd [MWF-batch]  &  3rd [TTS-batch] June 2008

Eligibility:

  • The minimum qualification required to join Spoken English course is SSC pass.
  • The minimum age limit for obtaining application form is above18 years (born in 1990 or before).
  • Marks in English at SSC level should be 60 or below (for girls 70 or below). Those who have scored above 60 (girls 70) marks in English at SSC level NEED NOT APPLY.
  • The original certificate of the SSC (pass memo) must be shown for obtaining application form.
  • Preference will be given to the students who have scored less marks in English at SSC level.

 

Candidates must come in person with the following items for Application form:

 

1.  The original SSC pass memo (for verification). If the SSC memo doesn’t have the candidate’s photo any other photo identification (i.e. original driving licence, voter ID, passport) along with the existing memo must be shown.

2.  A photocopy of the SSC memo (should be enclosed with the application form).

3.  One recent Passport-size photo for admission coupon (old or stamp-size photos will not be accepted).

4.  Rs 100/- for Application form.

 

SPOKEN ENGLISH APPLICATION FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE  ON

17th , 18th  and  19th  May 2008

Timings:  8.30 a.m.  to  5.30 p.m.

  • Duly filled-in-application form should be submitted immediately and acknowledgement (admission coupon) should be obtained.

    The selected candidates will have to come for admission as per  

    Batch schedule: 26th (Monday) and 27th (Tuesday) of May 2008.

 

  •  Admission Fees Rs.400/-

 

Applications will be given on all the Three days irrespective of the number of students. So students need not rush on the first day itself for application form.

Selection:

 Seats will be allotted based on the batch chosen and marks scored in English at SSC level.  Preference will be given to those who have scored less in SSC English.  That means students who score 35 in SSC English will be given the first preference, 36 next, 37 next and so on.

  Important Note:

  1. The duration for the whole course is of 4 sessions: Basic, Junior, Senior and Advanced levels.

2.  Each session is of three months duration (approximately 36 classes). Classes are held  

     thrice a week on alternate days as follows:

                        MWF Batch - Monday, Wednesday, Friday  OR  TTS Batch - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

3.  Students may opt for any one of the batches (either MWF or TTS). Details are given below.

 

Students should choose their batch option while applying.  Batches once chosen will not be changed under any circmstances.

 Please note:

  • Application form is not transferable. It is valid only for this session.
  • The course fee, including course material,  for the whole session is Rs. 400/-.
  • Classes start with a 10 minutes prayer. Attending the prayer is compulsory.
  • Please take admission only if you can come to the classes on time.
  • Students must dress in a modest way befitting the sanctifying atmosphere of the Math and the Instituton. Gaudy dresses, Shirts and T. shirts with writing on them and jeans and pants for girls are strictly not permitted.
  • Candidates are not permitted to join more than one language in a session.
  • Only one Batch option is to be chosen. Same batch option is to be mention in the admission coupon also.
  • Applicants will be selected on the basis of batch chosen and the marks obtained in SSC only.
  • Preference will be given to the students who have scored less marks in English at SSC level.
  • There will not be any Entrance Test to select candidates.
  • Applications will be accepted only on the above conditions.
  • There is no online registration facility.

There are four levels in Spoken English Course; Basic, Junior, Senior and Advanced. 

 

The fresh students are admitted to Basic or Junior course according to their current English knowledge.

Each session is of three months duration (approximately 36 classes of two hours each).

 

    Please note that getting application form does not guarantee a seat. Applicants will be selected on the basis of above said conditions and availability of seats in the chosen batches.

 

  • Applications will be accepted only on the above conditions.
  •  Selection:  List of selected candidates will be displayed on the Institute’s notice board and will also be posted on our website (www.rkmath.org) on 24th May 2008 at 4.00 p.m. Please do not come before the given date and time.
