Note: The information below does not apply for admission to Spoken English Course.

The next session (June 2008) will start from 02^nd (MWF) 03^rd (TTS) June 2008.

Admission Schedule and Instructions

           The admission process is almost over. There are few seats. On the spot admission will be available on 29-5-2008 at 4.30 p.m.   Admission is subject to availability of seats.   Candidates must come in person with the following for admission:       

1.                  A photocopy of the highest qualification certificate (minimum SSC pass)

2.                  Rs 100/- for Application form.

3)      One passport-size photo for the Identity card.

4)    Rs.600 for tuition fee (cash only) and textbooks etc. for Sanskrit and Hindi Rs.400  

     (non-refundable and non-transferable)

Please note:

1. Admission will be given on first come first served basis.
2.  Minimum qualification to join the course is SSC pass.

3. First Class:- On the first day students must come half an hour before scheduled time so that you can see your section and room number which will be displayed on the notice board and follow.

4. The duration for the whole course the above languages is of 5 sessions: 1^st Junior, 2^nd Junior, 1^st Senior, 2^nd Senior, 1st Diploma. German, French & Sanskrit courses have an additional 2^nd Diploma level.  Please click here for Course Details.

   Each session is of three months duration (approximately 36 classes). Classes are held thrice a week on alternate days as follows:

1. MWF - Mon, Wed, Fri 

2. TTS - Tues, Thurs, Sat.

6. Each class is of about two hours duration: Students should enter the Institute 15 minutes before the commencement of classes.

7. Applicants will pay the following amount at the time of admission (inclusive of tuition fee, examination fee and textbooks supplied by the Institute):

1. Important Note:

   • Please take an application form ONLY if you can come to classes on time i.e. 7.15 a.m. for morning classes or 5.15 p.m. for evening classes.
   • Kindly fill up the application form immediately and submit the same at the counter and obtain acknowledgement (admission coupon).
   • Classes start with a 10 minutes prayer. Attending the prayer is compulsory.
   • Latecomers are not permitted to attend classes.
   • Students must dress in a decent manner befitting the sanctifying atmosphere of the Institute and the Math. Gaudy dresses, Shirts, T Shirts with writings on them, jeans & pants for girls etc. are strictly not permitted.
   • Candidates are not permitted to join more than one language in a session.
